Hi! I’m Jessica Fickel — wife, mama of 7, and author of the family and lifestyle blog Gratefully Wild Home. My mission is to bring real encouragement for your beautiful and grateful chaos. I help overwhelmed moms of large families find joy and purpose in the wild—through faith-centered encouragement, practical systems, and real-talk about what actually works.
Rooted in my faith in Christ, I’m passionate about embracing motherhood as my vocation and living it with purpose and joy. Life is too short not to give it our all.
Though new to public speaking, I bring 20 years of experience working with homeschoolers, including 9 years homeschooling my own children. I’ve navigated traveling with babies and littles, managed life through many pregnancies, weathered difficult seasons including hospitalized babies, and walked through the too-soon loss of my mom. My authentic, story-driven approach connects with audiences who crave honesty over perfection.
